If you are using a recent version of a web browser (see Supported browsers), you will not encounter any issues when accessing the FedNor Portal.

Newer browsers use current versions of the security protocol to keep your information safe. If you are using an older browser that is missing critical security features, you will be unable to access the FedNor Portal.

Supported browsers

We recommend using the latest version of a fully supported web browser to ensure there are no problems accessing the FedNor Portal.

FedNor does not endorse any browsers, views or commercial products located on other sites. If your computer has firewalls or other security systems in place, this may affect the ability to update your browser.

Browser requirements

To access the FedNor Portal, your browser must:

  • Have cookies enabled
  • Have JavaScript enabled
  • Support Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 and above

Check the SSL/TLS capabilities of your browser.

Check your browser settings to ensure that all of these configurations have been enabled on your browser. If your system configuration and settings are not compatible and you choose not to upgrade or change them, you may be unable to access the FedNor Portal.

The Portal uses persistent cookies, but will not store any identifying data.

Here are some tips if you experience issues accessing the FedNor Portal.

  • Clear your cache, delete your cookies and internet history
  • Try using a different browser
